buying plastic airplane parts and trying to create something
that resembles the picture on the front of the box. Some people
move on to woodworking, risking life and limb in an attempt to
turn harmless pieces of wood into furniture. Others end up covered
in grease while restoring an old car, spending more money than they
would on a shiny new model. It's the urge to create, and the
instinct has been around since before our ancestors did cave paintings in France. Now some of us have a new hobby, buying
a box of computer parts and bringing to life one of the most fascinating creations ever envisioned.
