upgrades on all of our free servers.  Some servers have already been upgraded
and the rest will be upgraded over the next few days.

   On 10-28-02 at approximately 5:00 a.m. we will be moving all of our free
servers to a new data center in Texas.  This move will take approximately 24
hours.  We are changing data centers to improve the quality and reliability
