Your web browser did not automatically load the picture because
 it does not support javascript1.2 (a standard feature in Internet
 explorer 4.x / 5.x , Netscape 4.x , and other modern browsers). 
You probaly use an older browser. You can still see the picture, 
here's how: 

Look at the text box at the top of the browser which shows your 
current URL. it displays something like http://1000pictures.com/view.htm?cxxxxxx+fyyyyyy.jpg+something
