There could have been 61 had Nintendo decided to release Tetris (TR-66). 
Unfortunately Nintendo thought it might ruin sales of the Game Boy version. 
There are rumours that some got out to the public, but that is just rumours. 
I have yet to see any, but if anyone has any they would be worth a fortune.
