The Zend Framework will be effective tool on future creating web site.
MVC Model has simple structure as well as existing other frameworks.
Programmer will be able to code a php easily according to model structure. 
However, I don't want to use this tool for existing development system of intranet level.
This tool should use to a business of internet level like a shopping site.
Cuz such a creating bring success as a business surely. In such a situation, 
important tech person is a graphic designer and programmer and network engineer inevitably.
