This site is dedicated to the artworks of Komatsu E-ji 
(駒都えーじ), otherwise known by his favored pen-name Kotsue 
(こつえー or CO2A). If you're wondering about the domain name, 
nopan (ノーパン) stands for "no panties" (ぱんつはいてない). 
Kotsue's association with "nopan" began with his illustrations 
for Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea (Aoi Umi no Tristia) and Iriya 
no Sora, UFO no Natsu.
