1/3 doesn't = 0.3333333, if it did equal that then would mean 0.33333333 x 3 = 1/3 x 3
but as you have shown 0.33333333 x 3 = 0.99999999
1/3 x 3 =1 therefore 1/3 doesn't equal 0.33333333
